2015 WNFR Begins With Round One Tonight!

2015 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo is about to start

The Rodeo Round Up team kicked off their coverage of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association’s 57th Annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo festivities earlier today here in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada.  Later tonight will be the first round of the much-anticipated event held inside of the legendary Thomas & Mack on the campus of the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.  For the next ten days we will bring you nightly recaps of the action, scores and statistics of your favorite rodeo athletes and video interviews from round winners and the newly crowned World Champions following round ten next Saturday night.

Remember that we do have our interactive game that you can play each night for your chance to win some great prizes throughout this year’s event.  Keep in mind you must like and follow all of our social media platforms and submit your answers at least one hour prior to the round starting.  By following on social media you can find out what event we are focusing on each night, who the winner was the prior day and find out any information regarding the rules and regulations that you may need to know.  Our first contest was announced this morning so be sure to go follow and like us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and submit your answers before the start of tonight’s round one for your chance to win!

2008 — The NFR celebrated its 50th anniversary.  Special tributes were held each night to honor the past and present champions from sport of rodeo.  Justin McDaniel, Luke Branquinho, Matt Sherwood, Randon Adams, Cody Wright, Stran Smith, Lindsay Sears and J.W. Harris all earned the title of World Champion, a feat they will never forget.
