The start of tonight’s Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series event in Springfield, MO will mark the last three day event of the 2016 season. The fans in attendance along with those watching at home will see five rounds of intense action over the three day run. There will be three full rounds of competition along with the championship round on Sunday afternoon and the 15/15 Bucking Bull Challenge that will take place tomorrow night after the second round concludes.
Round one would feature the up and coming bovine athletes of the American Bucking Bull Incorporated organization during the ABBI Classic Competition. Along with these animal athletes will be the high marked bulls from the previous two weekends in Thackerville and Tulsa. That being said this pen of bulls have reeked havoc among the top 35 bull riders in the world so far this year but these cowboys looked to change that tune as round one began inside of the JQH Arena as the PFIWestern.com Invitational began.

As many of the fans were watching round one with intense anticipation as to who would come out atop the world standings leader board tonight there was also another tough race happening before their eyes that is not widely talked about. The young up and coming bovine athletes of the ABBI are also in a competition of their own and these bucking bulls and their stock contractors were on full display during round one that happened earlier this evening.
Tonight the ABBI bulls joined forces with the top bulls of both Thackerville and Tulsa to give the cowboys all that they could handle on a Friday night. Once things were said and done there were some outstanding bucking bull scores that were given out but one stood out above the rest of the field. Tonight stock contractor D&H Cattle Company was elated when his bucking bull Trigger Happy received the highest marked ride of the night with a whopping 43.75 point bull score!

Tonight’s round one of the PFIWestern.com Invitational proved that anything can happen in the blink of an eye. World number one Cooper Davis came into tonight ahead of Brazilian Kaique Pacheco who lost that coveted spot just one week ago. Pacheco trailed Davis by less that twenty points as tonight got under way. While the attention was on these two there were 33 other riders that came to play this weekend as well and ended up capitalizing while gaining some much needed championship points.
The fans were full of excitement as the 35 top bull riders in the world began the performance with an opening worthy of a king. As the action began it would be only 10 of the best bull riders in the world that would manage to last 8 seconds atop of the up and comer bucking bulls of the ABBI. That being said one man stood taller than all the others after claiming the round one victory. 2004 PBR World Champion Mike Lee matched up with O.K. Corrals/Gordon/ D&H Cattle Co. ‘s Organized Crime for a solid 87.50 point ride and heads into tomorrow night’s round on top of the event standings with everyone chasing him in the rounds to follow over the next two days of competition.
