The Rodeo Round Up partnered with the folks from AVID Visual Imagery Rodeo Photography after working together at the Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series World Finals this past October. Ever since agreeing to a partnership things have been going very smoothly and we, as a team, have been able to bring you expanded coverage of the 2015 Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association’s Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and will carry that coverage on throughout the 2016 rodeo season. That is where this huge honor comes into play!
Phillip and Heidi Kitts of Manhattan, Kansas own and operate AVID Visual Imagery Rodeo Photography and have worked hard to establish a veteran owned company much like the Rodeo Round Up. I am excited to be able to call them partners and bring them in as part of the Rodeo Round Up family. With their expertise and with Phillip being a PRCA cardholding photographer this will allow us, as a team, to bring you closer to the action that we ever have before.
Along with bringing the expanded rodeo photography coverage phillip’s wife Heidi brings her organization and statistics skills to the team to give you even more information that we have been able to do before. Starting with the 2016 PBR Iron Cowboy and the RFD-TV’s The American you can expect to see almost up to the moment updates and complete statistics live from AT&T Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, TX courtesy of Heidi!
That brings me to this announcement that Phillip and Heidi Kitts found out about just a few short days ago. The team of AVID Visual Imagery Rodeo Photography received a call confirming that they were chosen to be the official photographer for the PRCA Black Hills Stock Show adn Rodeo in Rapid City, South Dakota. This is a huge honor for this team as it is one of the most anticipated rodeos of the season and include three seperate events that will allow rodeo fans to witness some of the very best there is to offer in the rodeo industry. This will allow the Rodeo Round Up to bring you nightly coverage live from the arena floor for 2016!!
This opportunity will include coverage from every event held in part with the Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo. These events will include the actual rodeo performance coverage as well as two other very exciting events that will be held in conjuction with the main event. Two nights will include bull riding action as the PRCA Xtreme Bulls tour stop makes its way to Rapid City. Along with that huge event there will also be a Wrangler Champions Challenge stop that will take place and the Rodeo Round Up/AVID Visual Imagery/Tactical Grafx team will be there to cover it all! Make sure to check daily for nightly recaps of each round of action as it happens from the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.
