All Is Quiet On The WNFR Homefront For Now….

This past week has been very quiet on anything to do with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and the drama surrounding it.  It has been known that the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association has made a counter offer to Las Vegas Events to try and keep the “superbowl of rodeo” where it has been for the past 29 years.  Rumor has it that the offer given to them is asking almost double what the first offer was on a per year basis.  Tomorrow should be a big news day as it is the day that Las Vegas Events has until to either accept or deny the current counter offer given to them last week.  The decision that Las Vegas Events makes will either stop all current negotiations or will ramp up the talks with the cities that are still involved in the hunt.

With everything hinging on what Las Vegas Events decides to do tomorrow many things are still up in the air.  Florida and Texas are still front runners in the WNFR talks if the event does not stay in its current location past the 2014 season.  It will be very interesting to see what happens after tomorrow’s LVE decision.  The Rodeo Round Up will have all the breaking news as it is leaked to keep all of you up to date and current on all the happenings surrounding the ongoing drama!

What was the original first offer that included everything? 12 million?
