Since 1934 the legendary Las Vegas Helldorado Days has been a mainstay in the old downtown district of the city’s limits.  The Las Vegas Centennial and the Las Vegas Elks hope to reenergize the event for Las Vegas’ 111th birthday celebration this coming May.  For those of you have have been to this event before or are planning on visiting it for your first time this year you can expect all of the same excitement and flair that you have seen in the past including the downtown parade, carnival, art show & auction, golf tournament, whiskerino contest and a PRCA-sanctioned rodeo.

It was announced that the Professional Bull Riders would bring one of their “major” events, The Last Cowboy Standing, to this years Helldorado Days to bring some more excitement to the namesake event itself.  This year’s Last Man Standing will take place May 13-15 which is a Friday through Sunday and will be held at the Las Vegas Village.  This is a fun event for the fans as the title is exactly that ….. the last cowboy standing.  The single elimination bracket style event will truley crown the best of the best as the PBR’s third “Major” decends on Las Vegas as the Last Cowboy Standing winds down the first half of the 2015 Built Ford Tough Series season!
