Today the Professional Bull Riders announced the match-ups for the Dr. Pepper Iron Cowboy event to be held March 1, 2014 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington Texas. You can see the entire bracket system and the match-ups on the PBR’s website link here so you can take part in this yearly event and make your own predictions prior to the start of television coverage. The Dr. Pepper Iron Cowboy will be held the day before the richest one day rodeo in history!
RFD-TV’s The American will be held on March 2nd, the day after the Iron Cowboy event, once again inside AT&T Stadium. The top ten bull riders have been invited to ride at this one of a kind event. Along with the top ten bull riders you will see the top ten cowboys and cowgirls from the other events within the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association competing for their chance to take home all or at least some of the $2 million dollars in prize money. Along with the top ten each event will have 5 more contestants who will have won their spots in the American through different qualifiers throughout the winter.
Make sure to check both events out once they are televised and keep track of your picks by filling out the brackets for the Dr. Pepper Iron Cowboy before the coverage so you can see how you do. Then the next day make sure to check out the RFD-TV’s The American which is the richest one day rodeo in the history of the sport!
