The event of Freestyle Bull Fighting has been in the back of rodeo fans’ minds for many years as the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo decided not to bring the Wrangler Bull Fights back to the event over a decade ago. That all changes this year as the Bullfighers Only organization brings a bracket style event to the arena inside the Las Vegas Convention Center as part of the Cowboy Chirstmas Experience.
We have known for a few weeks that this event was going to take place and it has created quite the buzz around the professional rodeo communities. There was one question that remained as we did not know who was going to be a part of this huge event during the 2015 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. All that speculation came to a conclusion just a few days ago as the names of the bull fighting conestants was released. As you can see below there are some very big and notable names that you will see during this 7 perfomance event held throughout the 10-day run of the 2015 WNFR!

** UPDATE REGARDING FRANK NEWSOME **
Frank Newsome announced via social media tonight, November 12th, that he has to withdrawl from the BFO competition this year. Frank sustained a new knee injury during the 2015 PBR World Finals which is causing him to have to pull out of this year’s event. Newsome underwent knee surgery earlier this week with Dr. Tandy Freeman and was instructed not to participate at the BFO event held at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the 2015 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

These 12 Roughy Cup contestants will receive an automatic bye to the round of 16 bracket style competition which means there are still spots up for grabs. The remaining four spots will be filled by the qualifying rounds early on in the week. All the action unfolds inside the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall starting December 3rd at 2 P.M.!!
