As we quickly close in on the 2017 Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series World Finals our entire team here at the Rodeo Round Up are concluding our preparations to head west to Las Vegas. Each and every year we do our best to bring you everything that you have been asking for throughout the year as part of our coverage and always strive to make things bigger and better each year. That being said, as our coverage continues to grow so do the partnerships and support of our followers!
This year, we have many new things planned that include partnering with the Fans of the PBR – Behind the Chutes folks for an exciting new addition to this year’s line-up. We announced earlier that we would be co-sanctioning an exclusive opportunity for each and every one of you to play in a fantasy game where you can pick a new team every day. This will be a completely FREE game with chances to win some really cool prizes throughout the week from many of our supporters and sponsors!
All of us at the Rodeo Round Up are, once again, honored to announce that we will be able to partner with the folks from Diamond D Art out of Dayton, Iowa as they have made the choice to come on board for the 2017 PBR World Finals as well as the 2017 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Chad Demien is a very talented artist that enjoys portraying the sports of professional rodeo and bull riding on many things as well as generating specialty pieces of art for custom order products.
As part of our daily live pre-show that will air each day beginning at 10 A.M. CST Thursday, November 2nd with a quick and short version happening the day before where we will give you a chance to win a beautiful hand-painted feather from Diamond D Art. We will announce each morning when the fantasy league picks are available as well as go over the standings as the week goes by. Each day’s fantasy league round winner will receive one of these custom hand-painted feathers, so you will have five chances to win one throughout our week’s coverage so be sure to get signed up by clicking the link on the right-hand side of the page to begin your 2017 PBR World Finals Fantasy journey!
Now that our coverage is growing at a rapid pace we have brought on a new sponsor for 2017, a new up and coming clothing line called B:90 Apparel Company. An Iowa cowboy, Spencer Simmons, started the company with his own money without any help of investors or business loans. After sustaining a career-ending injury in a bull riding accident he decided to start the company under the premise of always striving for the 90 point ride no matter what you do in life!
While out in Las Vegas as part of our 2017 PBR World Finals coverage you will have a chance to win some great prizes such as t-shirts, hats and patches from our friends at B:90 Apparel. Keep an eye out across our social media pages as we randomly put up pictures, trivia questions and photos for you to guess answers on throughout the week to win one of these fantastic prizes. You never know when a hint or random game will pop up so you need to follow the social media closely to watch for your chance. To make things easier, you can take time today to click on all of our social media links on the top right of the page to like and follow them so you are ready to go once the action begins in Las Vegas!
As part of the ramp up to this year’s coverage, we will be hosting a daily LIVE pre-show from Las Vegas. This will be a very entertaining 20 to 30-minute show that will be shown live on the front page of our website as well as on our facebook page as part of the Facebook Live option. This being said, you will have plenty of ways to watch our show each day which will feature some special guests, fantasy league updates, a recap of prior night’s round and a look ahead to that night’s match-ups and what to watch for. All of this will happen each day at 10 A.M. CST so be sure to tune in for your chance to win some great prizes as well.
Of course, we would not be able to bring you all of our LIVE coverage without a great team and along with some outstanding support behind the scenes. This year we have partnered up with our friends from MidwestRodeos.com to bring you this coverage as they will be behind the controls for each episode that we will be calling Rodeo Round Up LIVE! with Jason “TEX” Hetland. Manning the controls will be the founder Scott Kojtein so we would like to give him a big thank you for joining forces with us to make all of this happen!
There has been a lot of turmoil throughout our country as of late in regards to professional athletes making a stand for what they believe in. Living in the greatest country in the world we have a right to do what we want as long as it is legal to do so. That being said, the PBR has taken a tremendous stand in regards to standing for our flag and our nation’s National Anthem. All of us at the Rodeo Round Up also take that stance to heart as many of us are veterans ourselves, some even disabled like myself.
This year we are proud to partner with Candysue Upton-Wright and her company CU-In The Tee’s to proudly wear the “Stand for the Flag, Kneel for the Cross” patch on our shirts. We are also giving you the option of buying one for yourself along with her assortment of t-shirts and hats if you would like one of your own. We will be donating all of the proceeds to those affected by the recent Las Vegas tragedy with the funds that are raised throughout the 2017 PBR World Finals run so now is the time to order if you want to help those in need. You can place your order today by simply clicking HERE, which will direct you to the page to be able to pick what you would like to wear proudly in the weeks to come! We will be presenting a donation at to them at the conclusion of the event Sunday evening so get your orders in before then if you would like it counted into the final total.
