Thursday night was the night to be a spectator at the 2014 PBR World Finals as the bull power was brought to the forefront.  The World Championship Bull race is down to the top 8 bucking bulls in the Professional Bull Riders organization and starts a clean slate at the World Finals.  Many of those top eight bulls stepped up to the occasion but many fell behind early and have a lot of ground to make up on Championship Sunday if they want to be crowned World Champion Bucking Bull.  Jason had a chance to catch up with CBS Sports commentator Craig Hummer at the Heroes and Legends Reunion Tuesday night to talk about the tight bull race and his thoughts on how it will all play out at the end of Sunday afternoon.  What does he think will happen?  Listen below for his predictions!

This year, just like every year at the PBR World Finals, Jason and Craig got together following round 2 action to recap the bull race and share our thoughts with all of the fans and loyal followers of the Rodeo Round Up.  Thursday night was a night of many questions and we are all trying to figure out what will happen with the bull race this year.  Everyone thought that the sentimental scores were going to be higher for Bushwacker as he retires at the end of Sunday afternoon’s performance and he was a shoe in for the World Championship title.  Many were left surprised by what we saw last night!  See what Craig and Jason have to say about the action as they recap round number two of the 2014 PBR World finals below!

Not all the attention was focused on the World Championship bull race though, there is another close race shaping up to see who will win the World Finals event as well as the overall World Championship.  Matt Triplett is setting the Thomas & Mack on fire by being the one of only three riders to have covered both of their bulls in the first two rounds of competition.  Silvano Alves and Tanner Byrne join the elite group but Triplett leads them all with a combined score of 179.25 points.
